PARKING LOT EXPENDITURES

Over the last several years, as Pastor and as a board, we have budgeted in a way in order to save for these parking lot updates without having to take out a loan. We thank God for his leading in this! We are thankful for those who may be prompted by the Lord to give to our ongoing Capital Improvement Funds to offset costs. We are also thankful for those who have given to these items in the past.

BAPTISM CLASS | AUGUST 3RD & 10TH

BAPTISM AT LITTLE LAKES | AUGUST 17TH

If you are interested in being baptized outdoors at Little Lakes an outdoor Baptism will take place on Sunday, August 17th, at 2:30pm. More details to come.

WORD SEEKERS (FORMERLY NEW BELIEVERS) BIBLE STUDY

Meetings are scheduled for July 23rd, August 13th, and 27th at 6:00pm in the Cafe. Contact Sam Hensley at 765-202-0007 for more info.

Pastor Gordon along with his family are on a Sabbatical which began June 23 and will go through the month of July. Please be in prayer for them as they are away. We are praying that God will bless them and renew them during this time.

PARKING LOT

We are pleased to announce that great progess was made on the parking lot. The parking lot is finished and we thank God for this!

40 DAY SABBATICAL

The teens are having a Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, July 19th from 10:00am-1:00pm. Please come out and support our teens and get your car washed; donation based. See Pastor Eden for mor details.

MEN’S RETREAT | SEPTEMBER 5TH-7TH

Men's Retreat will be held on Friday, September 5th through Sunday, September 7th at Lake Placid in Hartford City, IN. The cost is $140 and is due by August 17th. There is a sheet in the Cafe to start signing up. See Tom Pearcy for more info.

SUMMER BIBLE STUDY FOR LADIES

All women are welcome to join a summer Easter study series. The group, led by Suellen Myers, meets at 17 Carlyle Drive in the Wesley Manor complex from 3:30-5:00pm. Remaining meeting dates are July 27th, and August 10th. You will not need to purchase a book; the only required reading will be short sections from the Bible. YOUTH CAR WASH FUNDRAISER | JULY 19TH

CURRENT INFORMATION:

PRE-SERVICE PRAYER

Join us for pre-service prayer in the sanctuary at 8:45 am and 10:45 am. We desire to be a people who humbly seek the Lord’s face through prayer, welcoming His presence in our midst. Everyone is encouraged to come, regardless of which service you attend. This is for the whole church. Any questions, contact Pastor Olivia Droke.

TITHING

Tithing can be done online, by mail, or you may drop off during office hours, 8:30am-noon and 12:30-3:30pm in the church drop box.

TUESDAY NIGHT CROCHET

Crochet Group meets on Tuesdays, 6:00pm-8:00pm. You are welcome to join in and bring any craft you’d like to work on. Contact Peggy Droke (765-357-5763) for more info.

We are doing video announcements on Sunday mornings. If you have something you would like to include in the video, contact the Church office by Wednesday at noon; as well as with any bulletin information.

Our “Prayer Chain” consists of you receiving a prayer request and/or an all church communication message via email, cell phone text, or a voice message to your cell or home phone. Open Gym Basketball will be closed and will be reopening up in the fall.

FOOD PANTRY:

FOOD PANTRY HOURS OF OPERATION

Thursdays from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the Community Life Center (the building behind the church) For more information, contact Patti Meeks.

The Food Finders' Mobile Truck will be here on Tuesday, July 15th at 10:00am. Volunteers are needed at 9:00am to help unload the truck, give out food, and to direct traffic. There is a sign-up sheet in the cafe or please let Patty Meeks know if you can help. Lunch will be provided.
